Our terms and conditions govern all transactions with Vendome Timepieces.

By placing an order, you explicitly accept these conditions

Product delivery

• Orders are processed upon full payment receipt.

• Delivery is made to the address provided during the order process.

• The average delivery time is 7 business days worldwide, a tracking number will be provided after payment

• All our shipments are insured

• Customers must report any delivery issues within 14 days.

Watches purchased on our website come with a 12 months movement warranty.​

This warranty covers solely mechanical defects (related to the movement) and excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

Excluded from the warranty are, among other, the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/bracelet.

Opening the watch will void our warranty as our watchmaker needs to define the watch condition.

Secure Payment

Our website ensures secure payments through a 3DSecure system, offering reliability and data protection. Payment methods include credit cards and wire transfers.

Returns

In accordance with European law, a withdrawal period of 14 days applies only to purchases made online through our website, starting from the receipt of the products. During this period, customers may request a refund for watches purchased online, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Purchases made outside of the website, including in-person sales or purchases concluded during private appointments, are final and are not eligible for a 14-day withdrawal or refund.

Please note: Due to international customs regulations and return logistics, all sales of watches shipped outside the European Union are considered final. No returns or exchanges can be accepted for these orders.

By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

If customer would like to return a watch after changing his mind, shipping cost will not be refunded.

Return costs of the product are the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure the product is delivered to Vendome Timepieces securely through a carrier specializing in valuable items.

Any product that has been damaged due to customer negligence after receipt cannot be refunded. Note water damage is not covered.

Refunds can be made through the same payment method used for the purchase or another payment method without additional costs for the customer. Please note that in the case of credit card payments online, we will refund the customer by deducting the collection fees associated with the initial payment made by the customer.

All refunds are made by crediting the customer's bank account used for payment.

• Le délai moyen de livraison est de 8 jours ouvrables dans le monde entier, un numéro de suivi sera fourni après le paiement.

• Tous nos envois sont assurés.

• Les clients doivent signaler tout problème de livraison dans les 14 jours.

• Service clientèle

Les montres achetées sur notre site bénéficient d'une garantie de 12 mois sur le mouvement.

Cette garantie couvre uniquement les défauts mécaniques (liés au mouvement) et exclut les problèmes liés à l'usure normale, aux accidents ou à une utilisation inappropriée.

Sont exclus de la garantie, entre autres, l'étanchéité de la montre, ainsi que le bris/la perte du verre, de la couronne de remontoir, ainsi que le bracelet.

L'ouverture de la montre annule notre garantie, car notre horloger doit définir l'état de la montre.

• Paiement sécurisé

Notre site web garantit des paiements sécurisés grâce à un système 3DSecure, offrant fiabilité et protection des données. Les méthodes de paiement comprennent les cartes de crédit et les virements bancaires.

• Retours

Conformément à la législation européenne, un délai de rétractation de 14 jours s’applique uniquement aux achats effectués en ligne et à distance via notre site internet, à compter de la réception des produits. Durant ce délai, le client peut demander un remboursement des montres achetées en ligne, à condition que le produit n’ait pas été utilisé et qu’il soit retourné dans le même état que celui dans lequel il a été livré.

Les achats effectués en dehors du site internet, y compris les ventes réalisées en personne ou conclues lors de rendez-vous privés, sont définitifs et ne donnent pas droit à un délai de rétractation ni à un remboursement.
